Shipping Policy

Order processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed after [time, e.g., 8 PM MST] will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing and shipping may be delayed during holidays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified via email or telephone if there is a significant delay in shipment.

  • If an item is backordered or out of stock, customers will be informed of the estimated delivery date before the order is processed. Orders can be canceled if the wait time is unacceptable.

Shipping methods and costs

  • Shipping is primarily done via USPS and UPS.

  • Standard shipping is available for all orders and typically arrives within 5-7 business days after shipment.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the order and the shipping destination. 

  • Free shipping: Free standard shipping is offered on all orders within the United States.

  • Some areas may incur additional shipping costs. Customers will be informed of these costs before the order is processed. The order can be canceled before proceeding if these costs are too high.

Order tracking

  • Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. The progress of the shipment can be tracked by clicking on the tracking number in the email.

Delivery issues and returns

  • Shipping Damage: It is advised to inspect shipments for damage before signing for the delivery, according to On-Line Electronics, Inc.. Any damage must be noted on the bill of lading. If a damaged shipment is signed for as received in good condition, assistance with a damage claim may not be possible. The customer will be responsible for attempting to collect from the freight carrier at their own expense.

  • Lost Packages: If a package is lost, a replacement is available. A new package will be sent with priority shipping in such cases. A claim must be filed within

    • 10 day if marked as "delivered".​

    • 30 days after the shipped date if marked as "not delivered" (domestic).

    • 60 days after the shipped date if marked as "not delivered (International),

  • Returns: All sales are final.
